"Maagang Pamasko 2016"

      
          The Angels of 505th Search and Rescue Group participated in the pre-Christmas activity entitled as, the “Maagang Pamasko 2016” held at the Bi-Centennial Park, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on 04 December 2016. This event was initiated and wholeheartedly supported by Maj Dante Mirambil PAFR (a former pilot of the 505SRG before joining the Cebu Pacific Airlines) who provided foods, boxes of medicine, and assorted number of toys. The activity was highlighted by the traditional gift giving, free medical check-ups, and dental services to approximately 200 Aeta children from Sitio Segovia, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
This meaningful activity has been actively participated by the 505SRG since 2006. Likewise, this activity aims to reach out to the indigenous groups located at rural areas; enlightening and remembering the true meaning of Christmas through the spirit of generosity and altruism.
Moreover, this activity would not have been successful without the cooperation from the 520ABW, Air Force City Hospital and 1309th PAF Dental Dispensary, 600ABW and 505th SRG Auxiliaries.
