"Angels lending a hand to a Filipino Seaman"

         08 December 2016. The PAF Air Ambulance together with an aeromedical team successfully performed Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) to a Filipino crew Able Seaman Jaime Jerome who is suffering from difficulty of urinating and needs immediate medical attention. The Filipino crew was picked up on board MV MARLENE D'AMATO, a bulk carrier vessel of Italy which is approximately 100 nm west of Bolinao, Pangasinan. Immediate treatment was given to our fellow countrymen and was brought to Manila for further medical attention. The successful conduct of the said mission boosts the morale of our fellow countrymen, that even in foreign or domestic vessel, our 505 Angels will arrive and lend a helping hand.
