"Saving the life of an Angel"

On 30 November 2016, the PAF Air Ambulance with the S7 Team from BGBNEAB successfully airlifted a 12-day old baby suffering from transposition of greater artery of heart (TGA) from Mactan to VMC. The child was brought to the Air Base Chapel to be baptized prior to air evacuation. With the help of a fellow Angel, a life of an Angel will be saved through a successful air evacuation, and with the help of the Philippine Heart Center, another child will make its dream come true. . .
