"National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill"

         The 505th Search and Rescue Group participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill last 28 September 2016. The Personnel of the Group followed the Duck, Cover and Hold SOP. Different scenarios were provided such as drowning victim, collapsed structure, and unconscious patient during the drill. EMTs and PJs of the Unit were prompted to provide immediate response to the victims and urgently transferred them to the nearest medical facility. This activity aims to evaluate how rapid the responds of our "Rescue Angel" and safely manage the exit of personnel to avoid being trapped inside a collapsed building.
